The Cycles of Life…

Have you ever noticed how nothing is ever really consistent?

You constantly experience cycles with everything.

One minute your inspired, focused and feeling motivated about something, the next minute it requires some super effort to just take the first step.

Peaks and troughs, highs and lows. Is that something actually physically changing or is it our mental outlook that changes?

Might be a bit of both, might not be either.

The one thing you can be sure of is that change is always occurring , whether it’s good or not so good.

Embrace it, understand it and accept it. To do otherwise is futile.

Music is…

Music is the exchanging of sheer emotion.

It can help you soar to the highest of highs or release the pain from the lowest of lows.

It’s always there for you. It relates to you. It connects with you.

It’s love is fully unconditional and will never leave you.

I’d be dead without music.
